JKR Builders are great and I’d like to say a big thank you to James Kelly (owner) and his amazing crew. JKR just finished a renovation at our house and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.  They were all reliable, hardworking and very professional.  If they saw something that was not right they would immediately correct or fix it.   If it was a bigger issue that needed to be addressed James would call me to explain the issue and provide the best way to proceed. My renovation included new flooring,  all new baseboards, update bathrooms, paint all rooms, electrical work, new quartz countertops  and lots of miscellaneous items to complete my project. Jim and team have been a pleasure to work with. We recently completed a renovation for our entire first floor. New kitchen, bath, floors, etc. We gave him a pretty tight deadline as we were about to have a baby, and he delivered in a timely manner. As the project progressed Jim was available to meet and talk through things and even worked with us as we added in additional projects along the way. JKR is great! The owner, Jim, is honest and hardworking. He truly wants his customers to be happy, and we definitely are! The guys that work with him spent long, hot days getting our beautiful front porch completed, and we couldn’t be happier! Jim worked with us to find exactly what we envisioned in materials, and we can honestly say, that the porch is even more impressive than we ever imagined. We worked with JKR Builders to expand our second floor with a double dormer to create a living area and full bathroom. Jim and his team were easy to work with, detail oriented, flexible and responsive. He worked with us on additional items not in the original scope and we are ecstatic with the final results of the project. We used JKR builders to add a second story addition and we are very pleased. We met with Jim to discuss options and he was very informative and helpful. He walked us through the entire process of getting architectural plans, securing permits and worked with us on a quote that could fit our budget. He was up front and honest every step of the way and broke down all costs so we could stay with in our budget. His crews were all very respectful as we lived in the house throughout the project. Jim also worked diligently to complete the project within the time frame stated even when we had a setback due to the weather. We get compliments daily on the completed project and we are already planning another project using JKR builders. We highly recommend Jim and his crew.
