We pull all necessary permits through the Linwood Building Department and stay in communication throughout the job so you’re never guessing where things stand. Our crew shows up every day until the work is done, and we clean up at the end of every day because you still have to live in the house.

JKR just finished a renovation at our house and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.  They were all reliable, hardworking and very professional.  If they saw something that was not right they would immediately correct or fix it.   If it was a bigger issue that needed to be addressed James would call me to explain the issue and provide the best way to proceed. My renovation included new flooring,  all new baseboards, update bathrooms, paint all rooms, electrical work, new quartz countertops  and lots of miscellaneous items to complete my project. New kitchen, bath, floors, etc. We gave him a pretty tight deadline as we were about to have a baby, and he delivered in a timely manner. We met with Jim to discuss options and he was very informative and helpful. He walked us through the entire process of getting architectural plans, securing permits and worked with us on a quote that could fit our budget. He was up front and honest every step of the way and broke down all costs so we could stay with in our budget. His crews were all very respectful as we lived in the house throughout the project.
